We get to know our clients; we like to understand the vision you have for your workplace. The basis of a successful project is listening to our clients’ goals and aspirations for their working environment. Working together in these early stages is important to ensure the designs and working plans properly encapsulate those desires.
Develop
Once an outline brief is established, we then like meet with the individual teams and understand their interactions within the business, it’s an exciting and interesting time for your people, some of the best ideas come from these early discussions with the team. It helps to identify their movements between the various spaces to give us real time data to be used in the space planning. The information gathered allows you to make informed decisions on how best to utilise your space. This phase is also utilised to space plan for your business’s growth, allowing accurate financial decisions to be made at the earliest opportunity.
Design
Having completed a detailed case study of your business we can confidently begin to develop the designs. We initially approach this stage with some sketches, floor plans and indicative layouts. The layouts are largely driven by the real time data gathered in the development stage. We generate concepts that meet the needs of the brief, some of these can be complex and not easily demonstrated on paper. To get over this we use the latest technology to generate 3D images and if necessary, VR that show the space in photorealistic views.
Deliver
With a lot of the hard work already completed we bring the vision to life. We provide a fully turnkey solution managing the entire construction process. We ensure that all of the interfaces are properly scheduled, and the correct contractors are on site and the appropriate time. Communication is key, we provide weekly reports with all the pertinent information identified allowing decisions to be made in a timely manner to ensure the project is delivered on time.
We have robust financial management systems in place allowing accurate and up to date information to be reviewed allowing informed decisions to be made and thereby giving our clients cost certainty throughout the course of the project. Completion of the works is an achievement for everyone involved, but that’s not where the project ends, we continue to support our clients and view this milestone as the start of our journey together, the beginning of an ongoing relationship.
