Gemstone was founded in 2019 with the idea that the industry was ready for a different kind of fit out company.  One focused on the client first, it is our vision to ensure that we embodied the core values of integrity, performance and relationship, and those values wouldn’t just be words on walls, these values underpin our approach to everything we do!

Our mission is to deliver the best building experience by working collaboratively to enhance the journey of our clients.  We understand that there is no one size fits all and what makes a successful project is how the team responds to challenges.  Our work is complicated, often requiring the input of several experts, whilst it isn’t possible to eliminate risks entirely our collaborative approach lessens their impact.  We give our clients confidence by up-to-date project reporting, robust financial control, driven by experienced project managers supported by longstanding partnerships with our supply chain.  We ensure the quality of our workmanship is exceptional and have processes in place for benchmarking and quality assurance.  Our core business is the design, fit out and refurbishment of commercial office space, we provide a multi-disciplined service that includes partitions, raised floors, suspended ceilings, air conditioning, heating, decorations, and furniture.
